Warranty & Return Policy

Enter at your own risk and be sure that the weather is clear before entering.  Immediately come to the office lobby when the weather is not safe.  

 

Engines, Transmission, Transfer Case, Front and Rear Differentials, all have a 90 day warranty.  All other parts are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

You must have your receipt and the parts have to be returned in the same condition in which they were sold.  For example, we will not allow you to return an engine that has been dismantled. 

 

Our guarantee means replacement only. We will supply you another part or an item of equivalent value.  No cash refunds.  If we do not have another part, we will supply you a Jackson Auto Salvage Store credit only. 

 

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Apple pay, Google pay and cash.

 

Business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Saturday.

 

All parts in the Jackson Auto Salvage Lot are to be pulled by a Jackson Auto Salvage employee.  Do not remove any parts.  Do not bring your tools on the Jackson Auto Salvage property. 

 

Only one person per purchase is allowed into the yard. No groups. No pets. No children. No exceptions! You must be 16 years of age to enter.

 

All parts purchased that require shop assistants have a $25 minimum; this includes nuts & bolts.

 

We reserve the right to deny entry to any person for suspicious activities such as impolite behavior, drugs and/or alcohol intoxication.

 

This yard is monitored by surveillance cameras 24/7 and patrolled by guard dogs during closed hours.
